Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before booking any travel services.

1. Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel their booking by contacting us via email or phone. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation and the type of service booked.

2. Cancellation Charges

  • Cancellation made more than 30 days prior to the service date: Full refund minus any bank/transaction charges.
  • Cancellation made 15–30 days prior to the service date: 50% refund of the booking amount.
  • Cancellation made less than 15 days prior to the service date: No refund applicable.

3. Cancellation by Dream Destinations Trip

We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, or low bookings. In such cases, full refunds will be provided.

4. Refund Process

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the same payment method used for booking.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

Some charges, including service fees, insurance, or special arrangements, may be non-refundable. These will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.

6. Changes to Bookings

Any changes to existing bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us as soon as possible for any modifications.
